Pricing FAQs
When exactly is a success fee triggered?
A success fee is generated automatically when a candidate's pipeline stage is moved to "Flight Booked" — which represents confirmed first-day employment. No earlier stage triggers a fee.
How much is the success fee?
Success fees are agreed per job posting between the employer and WorkersFromAsia. Typical fees range from €1,500–€3,000 per confirmed placement depending on trade complexity and destination country.
What percentage does the agency receive?
Agencies receive 60% of the success fee by default. This split is visible in the agency dashboard and can be adjusted for high-volume partners through a separate agreement.
Do workers pay anything?
Never. Workers pay zero fees at any stage — including pre-departure, documentation, or post-arrival. This is a hard platform rule and is ILO-compliant by design.
What if a candidate withdraws before starting?
No fee is charged if the candidate does not commence employment. The success fee is only triggered on confirmed first-day attendance.
Is there a refund policy?
If a worker leaves within the first 30 days for reasons attributable to the placement process (document irregularity, misrepresentation of role), a replacement guarantee or partial refund is assessed case-by-case.
In line with ILO Convention C181 and the ILO General Principles on Fair Recruitment, WorkersFromAsia strictly prohibits charging fees to workers at any stage. Any agency found violating this rule is immediately removed from the platform.
